Returns, Withdrawal & Refunds
This policy distinguishes between FemVital's voluntary return option and mandatory statutory consumer rights, which may apply in addition depending on the country of delivery.
1. Voluntary returns for physical products
For suitable physical products, FemVital voluntarily grants a return option within 14 days of receipt.
- The goods must be unused, unopened, complete and – where applicable – in their original sealed condition.
- The return must be announced within 14 days of receipt by email to info@femvital.ch.
- Please state the order number or proof of purchase and pack the goods carefully.
Return address:
FemVital – Renato Matarangolo
Mönchaltorferstrasse 6
8625 Gossau
Switzerland
In the case of a voluntary return, the customer bears the cost of the return shipment. After receipt and inspection, we refund the refundable value of the goods via the original payment method. Deviating statutory provisions remain reserved.
2. Exceptions to the voluntary return option
Opened, used or unsealed cosmetic, hair care and food supplement products are not taken back under our voluntary return option for reasons of hygiene and safety. Mandatory statutory rights, in particular in the case of defects or incorrect deliveries, remain unaffected.
3. Statutory right of withdrawal for deliveries to the EU/EEA
Where mandatory consumer law of the country of delivery is applicable, these rights remain fully in force. For many distance contracts with consumers in the EU/EEA, there is in principle a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Statutory exceptions remain reserved.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement sent to info@femvital.ch before the period expires is sufficient. The goods must then be returned within the period provided for by law. The direct costs of the return shipment are borne by the customer, unless the applicable law provides otherwise.
In the event of a valid statutory withdrawal, we refund the payments owed by law within the statutory period. To the extent permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until proof of the return shipment has been provided.
4. Digital content / e-books
For e-books provided digitally, there is no voluntary right of return once they have been provided electronically or downloaded. Mandatory statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected. Where the applicable law makes the loss of a right of withdrawal upon immediate provision of digital content conditional on express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal, an exclusion applies only if these conditions are met.
5. Defects, damage and incorrect deliveries
Please check your order upon receipt and report damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered goods as soon as possible to info@femvital.ch. Mandatory statutory warranty rights and rights in respect of defects are not restricted by this return policy.
6. Model withdrawal form
